End User License Agreement

Last updated: May 24, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and GoDoU, operated from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account or using the GoDoU app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use GoDoU.

1. Licence we grant you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the GoDoU app on devices you own or control, and to use the GoDoU service, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This licence lasts only while you comply with this Agreement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Our Community Guidelines describe expected behaviour in more detail and form part of this Agreement.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the routes ("go's"), spots, descriptions, and other content you create. By publishing content on GoDoU, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you post.

5. Third-party services and bookings

Some spots may link to third-party booking services (for example Viator or GetYourGuide), and GoDoU may earn affiliate commissions from those links. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their products, fulfilment, or refunds. Bookings are contracts between you and the provider.

6. Disclaimers

GoDoU is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Routes and recommendations are user-generated and provided for inspiration only. You are responsible for your own safety, including assessing conditions, fitness, and risk before any outdoor or physical activity. We do not guarantee that any spot, route, or piece of information is accurate, current, safe, or suitable for you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoDoU and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any injury, loss, or damage related to activities you undertake using GoDoU.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement or the Community Guidelines. You may stop using GoDoU at any time and may permanently delete your account and data. See Delete your account.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
